At Saakar Enterprises, we aim to provide high-quality RO water purifiers, geysers, and reliable installation and service support. However, if you face any issue with your purchase or service, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.
Eligibility for Return / Refund
Customers may request a return or refund only if:
- The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of product delivery or installation
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (where applicable)
- The product has not been tampered with or damaged due to customer handling
Requests raised after the allowed time window will not be accepted.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- A clear unboxing or installation video/photo proof is provided showing:
- Physical damage
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
- The proof must be continuous and unedited
Refunds will not be applicable if:
- Damage is caused due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors
- No valid photo/video proof is shared
- The complaint is raised after the allowed time period
- The product has already been installed or used
Refund Process
- Once the return or refund request is approved after inspection, the refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Installed RO systems or geysers
- Filters, membranes, cartridges, spare parts, and consumables
- Service charges, installation fees, visit charges
- Customized fittings or special orders
Refunds for installed products are only considered in case of manufacturing defects, subject to verification.
Service-Related Refunds
- Charges for inspection, repair visits, or AMC services are non-refundable
- If a service cannot be completed due to technical limitations from our side, refunds (if any) will be decided on a case-to-case basis
