- Any guidance provided by our team is only for basic assistance and does not include on-site installation responsibility.
- Saakar Enterprises will not be liable for damages caused due to improper or third-party installation.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Charges may vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
- Promotional free-shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned.
Order Communication

Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin)
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the shipment
The order may be returned (RTO). In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply, and refunds (if eligible) will be processed after deducting logistics costs.
Damaged or Missing Products
- Any damaged, tampered, or missing items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video or clear photo proof is mandatory for verification.
- Claims without valid proof or raised after the allowed time will not be accepted.
